Raymond Ekwembwe Mesumbe – Une vision stratégique au service de la paix et de la souveraineté africaine
At the crossroads of knowledge, commitment, and concrete action, Raymond Ekwembwe Mesumbe represents a new generation of African strategic leaders. His path reflects that of a disciplined civil servant, a rigorous scholar, a demanding trainer, and above all, a visionary deeply convinced that Africa must produce its own responses to today’s political, security, and economic challenges.
A graduate of Cameroon’s National School of Administration and Magistracy (ENAM), Mr. Mesumbe is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Political Science, with a specialization in Maritime and Aerial Security. His academic and professional training is rich and diverse.
He also holds the following titles:
